We had an emergency situation and he responded to my phone call at 4pm on a Saturday within half an hour. He came out the same day and helped us as much as he could, tying the tree, until he could get a crane on site on the Monday to take the falling tree down. He also took 3 surrounding trees out, after giving advice on their health. His knowledge on the subject is very good and everything he had told me about the trees was accurate. You could clearly see how unhealthy they were once they had been fell.
The work was close to many powerlines and was quite precarious. He managed to bring all 4 trees down without any powerline damage.
Mr Ray is a polite and cheerful person and was easy to deal with. My only complaint is he doesn't take cards, cash or checks only. His price seemed reasonable for the work involved. We had 4 people on site the last day to remove everything. Very happy with the service and would recommend highly.
